Building the Endowment

Upcoming Events
Every Tuesday - 1 to 3 pm - Fiber/
     textile craft group. Knitters,
     crotcherers, needlepointers, etc.
     are invited to join others who
     share their passion for fiber arts
     for open weekly gatherings in
     the Parlor room of the library.
Every Wednesday - 10 to 11 am
    Tai Chi for Health. Sponsored by
    Healthy Acadia.Call Shannon at

Every Thursday - 10 am- Story
     Time using strategies to help
     children with school readiness.
Every Thursday - 1 to 3 pm - American
     Mahjong group. Beginners as
     well as experienced players
     welcome to join in the fun.
January - Art in the Library -
    featuring the work of Jeanne
    Benedict, Priscilla Bills, Johanna
    Billings and Jenne Hevrin.
    Available for viewing during
    library hours.
January 12th - 2 pm - Concert -
    Rachel Bell, Steve Hartley, and
    Curtis Russet will perform as an
    acoustic trio featuring banjo,
    guitar, and vocals.Elizabeth Dyak
    will be showing her handmade
    paper and cards. Katie Doble and
    Audra Christie will demonstrate
    yarn spinning. Refreshments will
    be served. Admission is by

The Library is easy to find: it is just off of Route 1 in Steuben, on the Village Road across from the Ella Lewis Grammar School. The driveway leads around back to the main entrance.
