Moore for the Future Endowment Campaign

Upcoming Events
Every Tuesday - 1 to 3 pm - Fiber/
     textile craft group. Knitters,
     crotcherers, needlepointers, etc.
     are invited to join others who
     share their passion for fiber arts
     for open weekly gatherings in
     the Parlor room of the library.
Every Thursday - 1 to 3 pm - American
     Mahjong group. Beginners as
     well as experienced players
     welcome to join in the fun.
August - Art in the Library -
    Featuring the work of Jeanne
    Benedict . Available for viewing
    during library hours. Opening
    reception Monday August 6th
    from 5:30 to 7 pm.

August 31st- 3–5 pm - Bess the
    Book Bus and Darlings Ice Cream
    with a Cause. All children
    welcome. Free.
September - Art in the Library -
    Featuring the work of Leonard
    Woods "Woody" Verville. Available
    for viewing during library hours.
    Opening reception Monday
    September 17th from 6 to 7:30

September 1st- 5–6 pm - Silent
    Auction. Bid on lots of lovely
    items and perhaps come home
    with some treasures while
    supporting your library and
    community center. Hors d'oerves
    and beverages will be served.
September 1st- 6 pm - Baked Bean
    Supper. Enjoy a traditional
    home-cooked meal after the
    auction. By donation.
September 14th - 6 pm - Movie
    "A Wrinkle in Time". PG. 210 min.
In this 2018 science fiction/fantasy
    film, Meg Murray and her brother
    Charles Wallace brave a dangerous
    journey to a planet that possesses
    all of the evil in the universe, in the
    hope of finding their father who has
    has been missing for 5 years. Free.
    Refreshments sold by donation.

The Library is easy to find: it is just off of Route 1 in Steuben, on the Village Road across from the Ella Lewis Grammar School. The driveway leads around back to the main entrance.
